Jim’s initials in walnut on the twelfth fret with oak leaf inlays along the fingerboard,
A treble clef on the headstock with a veneered back and attractive gold Gotoh 510 tuners.
We asked John for some photos of this Lyn he’s recently acquired and he was happy to oblige – here he is in his garden with St Helen’s Church near Lincoln in the background.
Here’s the figured mahogany Lyn and John’s workshop in the centre – a good deal neater and less dusty than our own! He’s planning on a visit next month.
This rosewood Taw has just gone off to Project Music.
Don visited the workshop when he was over in the UK on holiday, before he went home he dropped in to Coda and had this maple Blackwater shipped back to his home in Ohio. Don sent these photos and wrote to tell us how pleased he was with the guitar.
Richard from Yelverton dropped in his three Brooks for a set up and change of strings – a twenty-five year old Tamar, an eleven year old Lyn and seven year old Creedy!
Chris brought in the mandola he made a while ago for repair and ordered a Weaver at the same time!
Andy fitted a K&K to this Gibson mandolin.
